Fairview Gardens

with 2 comments

Fairview Gardens is a small sustainable, organic farm in the middle of Goleta, Calif. They are a non-profit farm that is respected internationally as a model for small-scale urban food production, agricultural preservation, farm-based education, and community supported agriculture. Besides this the farm seems to really take care of its workers. There is an old farm house that the farm manager lives in and they provide yurts for the other workers to live in on the farm. There not much, but the workers seem very pleased with them.
